Feedback only becomes valuable when you truly understand what is meant by it.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"985\">It's about behaviour, not about you<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1162\">A crucial distinction: feedback is about what you do, not who you are. That difference helps to make it less personal and to look at it with more detachment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1279\">By decoupling feedback from your identity, you create space to do something with it without it feeling heavy.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1319\">Make it concrete for yourself<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1415\">Feedback remains vague if you only hear it.
