If you work via Uptalent, we will pay your salary. If you are directly employed by the client, the employer will pay that.

Will I receive a pension and other secondary employment benefits?

Yes. You build up a pension and receive the same employment benefits as permanent colleagues in a comparable role.

What happens after my detached fixed-term contract year?

At Detavast, the goal is for you to be taken on by the client. We guide both you and the organisation towards a smooth transition.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

During the introductory meeting, we'll help you determine your direction. We'll look together at what suits you in terms of role, organisation, and growth path.

Can I get acquainted if I am still studying?
